These Terms govern use of tybidez.com and purchases from TYBIDEZ. By using the website or placing an order, a user agrees to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Returns and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Terms of Sale.

Users must be at least the age of majority where they live, or use the Services with permission of a parent or legal guardian. Information supplied must be accurate and current. Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials.

TYBIDEZ makes reasonable efforts to present product colors, construction, fiber content, measurements, and care instructions accurately. Display settings and lighting may cause minor visual differences. Garment measurements are approximate and may vary within the tolerance stated on the product page. This does not limit rights relating to materially inaccurate or defective goods.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance is subject to payment authorization, inventory, fraud screening, and applicable law. TYBIDEZ may decline or cancel for legitimate reasons and will refund amounts collected for items it does not supply.

Website text, graphics, logos, photography, design, and other content are owned by TYBIDEZ or used under license and protected by law. The website may be used only for personal, non-commercial shopping.

Submitted reviews or content must be truthful and based on genuine experience. The submitter must own the necessary rights and disclose any incentive or compensation. TYBIDEZ may remove unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing content.

The store is hosted by Shopify. Purchases are made from TYBIDEZ, not Shopify. Payment providers, carriers, analytics providers, advertising partners, and other providers may process data or provide functionality under their own terms and privacy notices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. TYBIDEZ does not promise uninterrupted access and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses where limitation is lawful. Nothing limits warranties, remedies, consumer protections, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by Colorado law and applicable U.S. federal law, without depriving a customer of mandatory consumer protections where they live. Any dispute will be handled by a court with lawful jurisdiction.
