Before you write

Include your order number whenever possible. For a return request, tell us the item, reason, and whether it arrived damaged or incorrect. If relevant, attach clear photographs.

Do not send a return before authorization. After reviewing the request, TYBIDEZ will provide the authorized return address and instructions.
